§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the website operated at evolvelegal.be ('Platform') by Evolve Legal Advisory SPRL ('Service Provider').
- These Regulations are intended for business clients and consumers seeking information or legal services. The use of the Platform signifies acceptance of these Regulations.
- The Service Provider offers information about its legal services via the Platform. The engagement of legal services is subject to a separate, written engagement letter.
- All content on the Platform, including text and graphics, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The website available at the internet address evolvelegal.be.
- User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit browsing the content of the Platform.
- Account – A user profile, if applicable, for accessing specific client-only areas of the Platform.

- Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Belgium and resolved by the competent courts in Brussels.
- Should any provision of these Regulations be found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
