§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the website operated at evolvelegal.be ('Platform') by Evolve Legal Advisory SPRL ('Service Provider').
  2. These Regulations are intended for business clients and consumers seeking information or legal services. The use of the Platform signifies acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. The Service Provider offers information about its legal services via the Platform. The engagement of legal services is subject to a separate, written engagement letter.
  4. All content on the Platform, including text and graphics, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The website available at the internet address evolvelegal.be.
  • User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit browsing the content of the Platform.
  • Account – A user profile, if applicable, for accessing specific client-only areas of the Platform.

  4. The Service Provider is not liable for any decisions made by the User based solely on the information contained on the Platform.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Belgium and resolved by the competent courts in Brussels.
  3. Should any provision of these Regulations be found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
